Fitness Instructor Attributes: 

• A believe in Jesus Christ.
• Attend church regularly.
• 18 years or older.
• Have an adequate knowledge of the class you want to teach.
• Be able to lead and communicate within a large group of people.
• Must display Christ like characteristics when representing Shepherd Sports and leading any class.
• Be able to communicate and organize a Godly culture within your class.
• Commit to a whole session, including meetings and or other ministry responsibilities.
• Maintain an upbeat environment and culture within your class.
• Follow the guidelines and vision set forth form the sports staff.
