Run/Walk Notes
- This Club is open to everyone and we encourage you to bring a friend!
- Beginner to Advanced runners will benefit from this club
- This Club meets 3-4 times a year and trains for 8-10 weeks leading up to a race
- You can train for an race option that is offered at the venue we're attending: 5k, 10K, ½ & Full Marathons
- Every registration comes with a new Run/Walk (dry-fit style)
