Health and Fitness FAQ's

  1. Do I have to be a member of the church to participate in the Health and Fitness programs?
    No. Everyone is welcome to join and we encourage you to bring a friend.
  2. How long do the fitness classes generally run?
    Classes run anywhere from 6-10 weeks and depending on the class it will run 1 or 2 days per week.

  3.   Are the programs open to all levels?
      
Yes, we strive to run our classes for beginners to advanced.

 4.   What is the age group?
       Exercise Classes: 14 and up; Coed
       Hiking: all ages; Coed
       Run/Walk: all ages; Coed

 5.   What types of classes do you currently provide?
      
Boot Camp, Pilates, Kickboxing, Stretch and Tone and Nutrition.

 6.  I can’t afford a program, what should I do?
     
We have a Sports Scholarship Program available for those that apply.
