Boot Camp FAQ's
1. How long does the class run?
Boot Camp runs anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks on Mondays and
Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm. We have Spring and Summer Boot
Camps.
2. I can only make one of the assigned days. Do
I still pay the total fee?
It’s okay if you come just one of the days. Both days
are suggested to get the most benefits. Yes, you would still pay the
total fee.
3. What type of exercises do you do?
We train in: Cardiovascular, Strength, Endurance, Agility,
Speed, Power, Flexibility and Stamina.
4. Are there trainers that help the participants?
Yes, we have many qualified and experienced trainers who are
involved within our Boot Camp class.
5. Is this class for beginners? Advanced?
Both, we give modifications for each exercise and try to make
all classes challenging for both beginners and advanced
participants.
6. Can I bring a friend?
We encourage people to bring their friends and family to
join.
7. What is the age group?
10 and up; Coed
8. Where does the class meet?
Class can and will rotate from the church gym, church parking
lot, local parks, and local trails.
9. Are we placed into teams?
Yes, you can sign up with up to 4 people. We place
people in teams for motivation, encouragement, and support from other
participants. You will spend 60 - 70% of the class with your team.
10. I have a current/past medical
condition/injury. Can I still join?
Everything needs to be cleared with your doctor. Make sure
the trainers know of your condition, and they will modify the workout
accordingly.
