Boot Camp

Shepherd Boot Camp is an 8-10 week program designed to improve fitness and health.  With professional trainers and a fun atmosphere, modifications are given for the exercises and each participant is encouraged to do their personal best.  This is a great place for an awesome workout and fellowship.  All are welcome; bring a family member or friend! Ages 10 and up; Coed.
