At Shepherd Sports we believe that the ability to move and breathe is a gift from the Lord, and we must be good stewards of that gift. The Health & Fitness Ministry provides many programs to increase endurance, strength and overall health. These programs include Group Exercise Classes, Hiking and Run/Walk Trainings. The H&F Ministry is an excellent source for both fitness and fellowship. Come join us!

Getting Involved

We are always seeking individuals who are interested in helping, instructing, or leading a program.  If you have a background that fits this ministry or if you just want to get involved, then we would love to have you join the team.
