Posting Scores

Shepherd Golf

Applies only to SCGA and Shepherd Golf members

(starting in 2010 the SCGA has gone to a new online handicap system)

1. Go to www.scga.org.

2. Click "Post Your Score" link.

3. Find & click "Click Here to Start Posting".

4. Enter your GHIN number & last name in the corresponding boxes - click

continue.

5. Enter all the appropriate information as shown

a. Date: actual date of play

b. Type: away (most of your rounds will belong in this type);

tournament; home (do not use)

c. Holes: 18 or 9 holes played

d. Rating slope/entry: use default

e. State: select the state that the golf course is located

f. Starts with: Enter the first letter in the name of the golf course

(i.e. P for Porter Valley Country Club)

g. Course: select from the drop down menu the course played

h. Tee: select the tee box played from

i. ESC Score: enter the ADJUSTED score only

Finally, click on "Post Score" and you're ready to post another score or log

out.
