1.      What is the Adult Sports Program all about?
Our goal is to offer a variety of avenues for you to participate in sports while building friendships and connecting to Shepherd of the Hills. Your participation will give you a non-threatening atmosphere to invite friends, neighbors, co-workers and family members to join in all of our first class leagues and programs.

2.      Do I have to be a member of the church to play?
No. We have people from all walks of life that enjoy our family friendly atmosphere.

3.      How much does it cost to play?
Most of our leagues are $75 per person with discounts given for groups or teams signing up together. The league fee covers all cost including a team shirt except in basketball. ($20 for a jersey)

4.      Can I bring my kids?
While your kids are welcome at all our sporting activities it is required that any child under the age of 10 be supervised.

5.      What is the age limit for Adult Sports?
You must be 18 years old or turn 18 during the season to be eligible for all our adult sports leagues except for adult coed volleyball. For coed volleyball you must be 16 years old or turn 16 during the season to participate. There is no cap on how old you can be to participate.

6.      What if I have never played before?
There are many different skill levels in sports and it is no different here at Shepherd Sports. We have all different skill levels in our leagues both men and women, experienced and beginners.
